Bearbury Lane is an independent LGBTQ+ online retail brand based in the United Kingdom.

We sell original designs across a range of products, many of which are produced on demand by specialist production partners.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

Because screens display colours differently, the colour of a finished physical product may vary slightly from how it appears on your device.

Some products are printed or manufactured individually after an order is placed. Small variations associated with the production process may therefore occur.

These variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through bearburylane.com, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

You are responsible for checking your order details, including the product, size, quantity and delivery information, before completing your purchase.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

If an order is significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Nothing in these terms limits any delivery rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

8. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, repair or refund.

Many Bearbury Lane products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed rather than being held as finished stock.

We work with third-party production and fulfilment partners to manufacture and dispatch these products.

Production location may vary depending on the product and delivery destination.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, Bearbury Lane artwork, illustrations, designs, branding, logos, graphics, website content and other original creative material are owned by or licensed to Bearbury Lane.

You may purchase products for personal use.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, resell or commercially exploit our artwork or other protected material without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within its design.

You must not use bearburylane.com:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
